Refund Policy

If you purchase a single-session or one-time program, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no session has been delivered and no digital materials have been accessed.

Sessions already delivered and digital materials already accessed are non-refundable. If you have attended any session or accessed program resources, that portion of your purchase is non-refundable.

For multi-session packages, you may request a refund for unused sessions if you cancel within 14 days of your first session. Used sessions will be deducted at the regular single-session rate.

You may cancel monthly or yearly plans at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or years after coaching or digital material access has begun.

If you miss a session without providing at least 24 hours' notice, that session may be considered used. However, I strive to be flexible—contact me if emergencies arise and we’ll do our best to reschedule.

If you experience a duplicate or accidental charge, contact me promptly. Verified duplicate charges will be fully refunded.

To request a refund, please email contact@caratipton.art or use the details on the Contact page within the eligibility window. I will respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe and typically return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If you believe there has been an error, please contact me first to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback.
